A Special Tea Party and WebKinz Birthday Party

Last week our two youngest daughters were invited to a special tea room for a birthday party for the twins who live in our neighborhood. What fun these girls had! They had special scarves and jewelry to choose from to dress up in, a special table setting, and their treat bags were filled with a WebKinz pet and accessories. There were special sandwiches and treats as well as a ladybug birthday cake. The girls all got balloons and we had to have a balloon launch in Redding fashion. This was a very fun birthday party!

I can figure out the basics of the balloon launch, but what do you hang on the balloon?

We usually put some kind of contact info so that they can tell us where they found our balloon. We usually put the occasion or age of the child who is launching the balloon. For example: launched by 5 year old Esther on August 1st for Katie and Allison's 9th birthday. Where did you find our balloon? Respond to: redaredding@gmail.com or our cell phone number. I'm not sure how safe it is but we have never had a problem. We have had several people find our balloons and call and let us know where they found it. We had one balloon travel from WV to DC in one day. We have been launching balloons since the 1980's and Azteca gave us free balloons with their .99 kids meals on Sunday in Burien:) Self preservation - my husband didn't want balloons all over the house. He's creative, you know:)
