An interesting garden near our house

This is on a street near our house. Very interesting. The rumor is that the owner hand made this garden. There used to be a Panda in the circle where the flames are, some vandals painted it yellow and then pink and then broke it with what appears to be a baseball bat. I thought this was so sad that someone would do this. I thought this was interesting and just wanted to share this with you all. Sometime I hope to stop and meet this neighbor.
