New Blog

Dear friends,
I haven't written on this blog in a long time. I have started a new blog recently at www.redaredding.com which is focused on food, family, and fun. I recently have had several experiences which have made me want to help families cook and eat at home. Some kids have NO home cooked meals all week. Some families do not cook and eat together at home more than once a month. Last year for the first time Americans eat out more than buying groceries and cooking at home. I feel there is a great benefit to sharing meals together as a family! I am trying to help with this need by sharing recipes and suggestions to get dinner on the table in an hour or less and help my family. I had to use WordPress for my new blog in order to do the things I wanted.
